For Parents

KINDERGARTEN ROUND-UP INFORMATION
Parents of children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2010, in the Canton School District should make sure their children are on the kindergarten roster for next school year.  To ensure the child is included, call Lawrence Elementary School at 764-2579.  Kindergarten Roundup will be held Thursday, March 25, 2010 starting at 6:00pm at Lawrence Elementary.  Parents interested in having their child attend the Kindergarten Prep program also should attend the Kindergarten Roundup.
A kindergarten readiness test will be given to students March 29, 30, 31.  Screening times must be scheduled by calling Lawrence Elementary School.

Parents of rural students need to call Darwin Dahl at ABC (764-8000) if your child plans on riding the bus.
